Drug Production in Schedule 1

Drugs in Schedule 1 are unlocked as you progress through regions and ranks. Each drug type requires specific tools, ingredients, and sometimes relationships with key NPCs to initiate production.
Core Mechanics:
Unlocking: Requires reaching new regions and progressing in rank.
Suppliers: NPCs provide seeds or precursors needed for production.
Mixing & Effects: Drugs can be enhanced or altered with ingredients to create new effects.
Pricing: Each effect influences the final product price via a multiplier system.
Degradation: If left in storage, drug quality deteriorates over time.
